CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Please note that a 50% refund will be given for cancellations made on or before March 5, 2017. There will be no refund for cancellations made after March 5, 2017, or for no shows. Transferring or selling your registration to anyone will be up to the conference delegate to organize. Registrations are not transferable to future conferences. All cancellations must be made by email at azuidersma@wodistrict.org. Please do not ask the Blown Away staff to make exceptions to this policy.

CHILDREN & CHILDCARE POLICY

  • While we do love children, we are unable to accommodate for childcare at this conference.  Children will not be allowed in the main sessions or the breakouts. Please make alternate arrangements for any childcare needs. If it is necessary to bring a nursing infant with you, a nursing room will be provided, but you will have to arrange offsite childcare during non-feeding times.  Thank you for your cooperation.

DO I HAVE TO PRESELECT BREAKOUTS?

  • NO you do not.  This year, you can come with your team and decide onsite which Breakouts you would like to attend.  There are some rooms with capacity limits.  Once those rooms fill, our volunteer staff will let delegates know that there is no remaining space.  We would encourage you to divide your team to attend as many Breakouts as possible, so you can share together what you learned

CAN I JUST ATTEND PRE-CONFERENCE?

  • In order to attend our pre-conference you do need to register for the entire event

WILL THERE BE AN ONSITE BOOKSTORE?

  • YES!  We have a fantastic organization joining us and they will bring enough product to fill several tables.  Everything from curriculum, to music, to inspirational books, and more.  Be sure to bring some cash with you as onsite debit/credit card payment can not be guaranteed.
